This contemporary pathway alleviates backlogs, assists necessary triaging, and provides timely peace of mind for patients without abnormalities in investigations.
Where clinically indicated, refer directly for:
- Echocardiography
- Exercise stress echocardiography
- 24-hour to 14-day Holter monitoring
- 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
- 12-lead ECG
- Bubble studies
Investigations are interpreted and formally reported by our Cardiologists for the referring practitioner. Medicare eligibility depends on the relevant MBS item requirements, clinical indication and applicable claiming restrictions.
